I had the city inspector out yesterday to look at the installation your guys did on the HVAC system at our little rental.  I wanted to "pass on" his comments:  Not only did the installation pass inspection (no surprise there, I'm sure), but the inspector said that it was a beautifully done job.  It wasn't just done right, but it was very neat and clean; all the seams were sealed tightly and all the lines leading from the furnace to the AC unit for venting (or whatever), were installed in an efficient and orderly manner.

I'm sure he's seen alot of installations, so he must have been impressed to make such comments.

The sales representative that came to our home was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  His presentation of multiple options was efficient and informative.  He provided far more options and explanation than the other contractors we approached.

The installation crew was also quick and efficient, friendly, and worked well as a team.  Although we spent more than the other options, we also were far more pleased with the results than we could have expected.
